Everyone is unique! The trick to finding out someone's superpower (their uniqueness) is to talk to them and actively listen. If you aren't sure how to do that, check out the module "How to NOT be awkward."
Once you know what makes someone special, you can let them know you appreciate what makes them them. How's that for smooth?
